14.7. The Old Forge finally

Tobermorysta jatkoimme pohjoista kohti. Pahamaineinen Ardnamurchan point oli meille leppeä. Mallaigiin asti saatiin purjehdittua ja sieltä koneella Inverie Bayhin The Old Forgen poijuihin. Sää suosi ja ruoka oli maittavaa ja ympäristö tyypillisen skottilainen. Paikallislähteittemme mukaan myös the Times suosittelee pubin ruokaa.

From Tobermory we continued north pass the scary Ardnamurchan Point, which was tame this time. We managed to sail all the way to Mallaig and from there with engine to Inverie Bay and picking up the moorings of The Old Forge. The food was delicious, weather was nice and the environment typically Scottish. Our local source informed that also the Times had recently recommended the Old Forge.
